Partnerships for East Coast Communities (PECC) are holding a free public event on Tuesday 4 July at Old Felixstowe Community Centre, at 2pm.

This event, hosted by a team from the University of East Anglia, will utilise the 'Open Space' meeting format, a fun and empowering method that allows participants to set the agenda and ensures each attendee's voice is heard.

Anybody that wants to share their ideas on improving lives within Felixstowe is welcome to sign up via this link, whether a local business owner, a community group leader, a public sector worker or any other resident keen to share their own experiences.

Partnerships of East Coast Communities (PECC) is a new collaboration between the County Councils of Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and the Universities of East Anglia, Essex and Suffolk.

These institutions will be working alongside businesses, voluntary organisations, district councils and colleges within our regional coastal areas and their rural surrounds, identifying ways to bring about better health, employment and environmental outcomes within these coastal communities.

The event is free to attend, and refreshments will be provided.
