Care Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high standards of care to our clients. As a Healthcare Assistant, You will assist with daily activities, and personal care, and support our clients in maintaining their independence.

Care Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Monitor and record clients' health conditions and report any changes.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.

Care Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
