Role of Support Worker

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to individuals with Complex needs & disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic and integrated care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6months plus in healthcare industry.
• Effective communication & interception skills
• Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.
