Josh Mayhew hit his sixth goal in three games in a week for the Seasiders to secure a point at fourth-placed Walthamstow and stay in the top three of the Isthmian North Division.

Seasiders boss Stuart Boardley rated his side's performance 6/10 across the board but accepted

"The game was there for the winning," Boardley told the club website. "Away from home here (at Stow) was a good point and we are still unbeaten, which is the main thing."

Mayhew's 90th minute leveller was his eighth of the season and the side in general are a continuous goal threat with their exciting attacking football.

Boardley added: "The goals for column is looking healthy and we only conceded one today, so that is better than of late. We know if we can keep ourselves in the game we have a chance because we have a lot of talented people up top."

Jardell Stirling had given Stow a first half lead and the hosts looked the better side in the first half, but Seasiders' character once again shone through and they have now gone 14 games without defeat.

Felixstowe have a chance to go top next weekend when they take on Wroxham AGL Arena.
