For those in the Felixstowe area coming out of an enforced hibernation they will find petrol is less than a £1 a litre at Morrisons, garden centres, DIY shops, takeaways, retail shops and post offices are open, with more businesses cautiously looking at getting back to normal.

Despite the ambiguous message regarding the change in lockdown guidelines, business owners are beginning to make their own decisions about reopening in the Felixstowe area.

Common sense is prevailing as people look to adopt the 'Stay Alert' message, while ensuring they are staying safe, and at the same time making sure their staff and customers are kept as safe as possible too.
