Police are appealing for help to trace a missing 50-year-old woman from Felixstowe.

Louise Billingham was last seen yesterday, Tuesday 1 August, and was reported as missing around 7:20am this morning.

Officers are carrying out searches in the local area, with assistance from the Coastguard helicopter.

Louise is described as white, approximately 5ft 9ins in height, with short, spiky, dark brown hair. Louise wears glasses and uses a mobility scooter although she is able to walk short distances with the aid of a crutch.

Anyone who believes they have seen Louise, or who has any information regarding her whereabouts, is asked to contact Suffolk police quoting CAD 52 of today, 2 August.
