Job: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £22,000-£28,000 per an, depending on experience

Type: 6-month FTC, Monday-Friday

Potential to be taken on permanently at the end of the contract

Are you a strong communicator with experience in delivering good customer service?

Can you balance being on the phone and operating a software system?

Would you consider yourself a quick learner?

Do you work well individually and within a team setting?

Are you a motivated person with strong attention to detail?

The client is a giant in the global shipping and logistics industry and due to rapid and continued growth, are looking to hire experienced and quality customer service people on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent at the end.

Role Responsibilities:

Ensure team processes are completed correctly

Ensure relevant team KPI's are met

Maintain the highest level of customer centricity

Ensure all customer charges are collected with no revenue leakage

Ensure deliveries are processed accurately in a timely manner

Ensure any delivery issues are communicated to the customer/haulier and resolved in a timely manner

Investigate and resolve any customer queries

About you

Previous customer service experience is essential

Customer focused individual with a mindset of how to solve the customer pains

Organised

Accurate

Highly engaged
