Olsen Travel Agents, that has a base in Felixstowe, is celebrating a triumphant win at the inaugural Cruise Awards by Cruise Adviser which took place at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, London on 13th September. The entire British cruise industry was represented at this event which showcased the cruise industry and celebrated both cruise lines and travel agents.  

Fred. Olsen Travel Agents, which has ten branches in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Framlingham, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Beccles and Norwich, as well as six branches on the South coast and one in East Sussex, was named Best Travel Agency (over 10 shops), beating the other shortlisted finalists Hays Travel, Barrhead Travel and Miles Morgan.
