Dog owner alleged to have pushed woman then attacked man in Felixstowe assault

Police are appealing for witnesses or information after an assault took place at Walton Recreation Park in Felixstowe on Wednesday 3 May.   

The incident took place at around 6.15pm and involved a man walking a white poodle-type dog.

An altercation took place between the man and another group who were also walking a dog, a Staffordshire bull terrier.

The man is then reported to have pushed a female from the group.

A further altercation then took place between the individual and another man from the group who was pushed to the ground and assaulted. 

The suspect is described as a white male, aged in his 60s, around 5ft 8ins tall, of average build, with grey hair and wearing a thin dark jacket and jeans.
