The clocks may have gone back and the days are a bit darker but that doesn't mean you can't still have some fun this weekend. Here are just a few of our top picks from our What's On page.

If your business or organisation is running an event, you can advertise it for free with Felixstowe Nub News.

  1. The Wherstead Park Christmas Show

Spanning the whole weekend, the Wherstead Park Christmas Show will be showcasing products for all of your Christmas needs so you can get a head-start.

New for this year is a food and drink marquee with a heated seating space directly outside of the mansion.

For more information, see our What's On post here.

  1. One Night in Dublin

Multi-award winning Irish band "The Wild Murphys" will be at the Spa Pavilion on Saturday for a fun night of Irish music and craic.

Performing classic tracks such as "Galway Gal," "Brown Eyed Girl" and many more, it should hopefully get your Irish jig on.

For more information, see our What's On post here.

  1. Felixstowe Gift Fair

For another opportunity to get Christmas ready early, the Gift Fair at Brackenbury Sports Centre will provide a range of stalls selling crafts and gifts for Christmas. There will also be a tombola and light refreshments.

Proceeds for the event will go to the 7th Felixstowe Scout Group and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

For more information, see our What's On post here.
