According to Zoopla, the average price paid for a house in Suffolk was

£315,357, based on 7,509 sales. The current average value for a home is £311,527 in December 2021. This is a rise of 1.59% in the last three months, since September 2021, and a rise of 0.93% since 12 months ago. In terms of property types, flats in Suffolk sold for an average of £176,311 and terraced houses for £225,944.
