Skaters falling over themselves flocking to free Felixstowe Christmas ice rink

Skaters of all standards flocked to Felixstowe's free pop-up ice skating rink today.
There was plenty of falling down, lots of tottering about, while some youngsters glided gracefully but everyone was having fun at the rink.
Carols being played by the Ipswich Over-50s brass band added to the Christmassy feel, with bouncy castle and roundabout nearby.
Provided by Felixstowe's town council dozens took advantage of using free stakes to get on the free rink, covered every now and again by a snow storm.
The rink, at the Triangle by Great Eastern Square near to the town railway station is open today, Monday and Tuesday between 11am - 7pm and Sunday between 10am 6pm.
