Felixstowe Nub News picks out an interesting vacancy that could be just for you, although there are many more to choose from.

This week we have highlighted some vacancies in Felixstowe including a senior real estate manager, maintenance technician at Port of Felixstowe, and asbestos labourers.

Hutchison Ports, that runs the Port of Felixstowe, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estates Manager to join their production department.

With a salary of up to £80,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) the port is looking for someone to support the port's continued growth and development we are looking to recruit a senior manager to join its planning and Infrastructure department.

This has a salary of up to £59,388 per annum (depending on skills and experience) for a full-time and permanent position.

There is a PhD scholarship at the School of Computing Sciences available for applicants with a 'Substantial Connection to Suffolk'. 

This PhD scholarship is awarded from The Edward and Ivy Rose Hood Memorial Scholarship Programme in Engineering and Computing Sciences and offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring scholars. 

The scholarship provides lab costs, tuition fees, and a maintenance stipend at the standard UEA (and UKRI) rate. Applicants are required to demonstrate a 'Substantial Suffolk Connection'.

Duties: Deliver parcels and letterDelivery Driver requirements:- A full and valid Cat B driving licence (manual) with no more than 6 points- We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative- Experience of driving a 3.5t van is essential.
