Police are appealing for help after a dog attacked a cyclist in Felixstowe

A person was allegedly bitten by a dog, believed to be Rottweiler, around 4.15pm on Monday in Candlet Track in the town.

Police have issued a description of the owner of the dog who is between 40 to 50 years old, with black hair and walking another Collie-type black and white dog.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting crime reference number 37/6236/23.
