Police catch drug suspect in Felixstowe

Police have today arrested a man for suspected drug offences in a street near Felixstowe Academy.

A 24 year old male was arrested in the Long Field area, which is off Runnacles Way in the town, on suspicion of possession with Intent to Supply Class A and B Drugs.

There is no suggestion the man arrested has anything to do with the Academy.

The arrest follows a search warrant under Sec 23 of the Misuse Of Drugs Act where a quantity drugs were recovered. Further enquiries continue.
