Police appeal after sneak thief burgles 70-year-old's Felixstowe home

Police are today appealing for witnesses after a 70-year-old Felixstowe woman had money, bank card and mobile phone stolen from her home during a sneak burglary.
The crime took place at some point between Wednesday May 13, at 4pm and Thursday May 14 at 4pm at a property on Cornwall Road.
The suspect entered the premises via an insecure rear door and took a purse containing £15 in £5 notes, a bank card and a Samsung S5 mobile telephone.
The victim, a woman in her 70s, realised her possessions had been stolen late on Thursday afternoon and then reported it to police
Enquiries are on-going and anyone who witnessed any suspicious behaviour or has knowledge of the suspect should contact Ipswich CID quoting crime reference 37/26512/20 either by the Suffolk police website or email – [email protected]
