Motorists with dashcams who were driving in the Hodgkinson Road area of Felixstowe at the time of death at a lorry park are being asked to contact police.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 36-year-old man at a lorry park in Felixstowe in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were contacted by the ambulance service at 1.50am yesterday morning, Sunday 17 October, reporting they had been called to attend a man in need of urgent medical attention at the Hodgkinson Road lorry park.
Despite the best efforts of medical personnel, the man was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later. The family of the man have been notified and are being updated as the inquiry continues.
A Home Office Post Mortem examination was conducted yesterday, but was not able to ascertain a cause of death at this time and further tests are required.
Four men - aged 51, 44, 30 and 29 - were all arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and taken to Martlesham Police Investigation for questioning. They have now all been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
The police investigation into the death and the deceased's final movements is continuing, but officers are treating it as an isolated incident and do not believe there is any wider threat to the local community.
Detectives are continuing appeal for anyone who was in the vicinity of the lorry park on Hodgkinson Road and Dock Gate Two, between midnight and 3am yesterday morning to make contact and assist the enquiry.
Motorists who were driving in the area between midnight and 3am with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle, are asked to review their footage and contact us if any people are seen.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Major Investigation Team, quoting reference: 58036/21.
