Friday night sees a veritable smorgasbord of talent at the Two Sisters Arts centre in Trimley.

Lady J (aka Justine de Mierre ) hosts a selection of her favourite regional acts across music, spoken word and improv.

Expect an eclectic night of entertainment that will leave you feeling all warm inside from an evening well spent in the company of some of our region's finest.

Further afield, Friday night is the guaranteed tasty Thali night at The Red Lion in Chelmondiston, in addition to its usual menu.

The Red Lion serves all the pub classics along with interesting dishes created around seasonal ingredients and local produce as much as possible.

Children and dog friendly, there is also have a beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a pint or two.
