Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a prestigious company in the Suffolk area, to work in their Head Office. We are looking for an experienced candidate that can lead from the front and drive the billings team.

Customer Billings Supervisor – Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Supervisor

• Day to Day leadership of the billings team, consisting of 5 staff

• Hands on, can do, approach to all tasks & resilience to deal with pressured situations

• Oversee customer invoicing and self-bill reconciliations of high volume & value

• Monitor staff progress, individual performance & training as necessary

• Support the management team to identify process improvements & effectiveness

• Ensuring compliance of all processes

• Build, develop and manage key relationships internally & externally

• Proactively resolve issues and queries with confidence to escalate within the business as necessary

• Provide cover and assistance to the billings team
