Join in with World Mental Health Day

As part of World Mental Health Day on Sunday 10 October, Kooth's South East & London Team are running a free live session on wellbeing, which will be run on Zoom.

This session will take place on Fri 8th October from 1.30pm - 2.30pm and is available for schools, youth organisations, etc.
