Green, who the court heard has learning difficulties was told by Judge Emma Peters even though the offence crossed the custody threshold, she would not be imposing custodial sentence.

A pre-sentence report was prepared by the Probation Service and Green was sentenced to a three-year community order, with 60 days rehabilitation activity requirement, and a five-year sexual harm prevention order, at Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday.
