Felixstowe Job of the Week: Recruitment Advisor

We are working with a large organisation in Felixstowe to support them in finding a Resourcing Advisor. This role sits within the HR team and the successful candidate will support People Managers on finding the best talent for their vacant positions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Liaise with People Managers regarding their vacant jobs, advise them on the best routes to find suitable candidates
•Support Managers with the process from advertising the role to interviews and making offers•Work on recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of candidates
•Get involved with ad-hoc projects within the HR teamKey skills:
•Experience within the recruitment industry is essential either from a in-house or agency role
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal•Ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet deadlines
