What this role involves:
- Key and first point of contact for Key accounts
- Assist with storing and uploading customer documents according to correct GDPR protocol.
- Raising invoices according to customers requirements
- Relationship building
- Provide assistance on Operational issues
- Produce and send Customer billing reports
- Raise customer invoices
- Spot opportunities for cross selling to increase contract potential
- Work with Credit control team to ensure invoices are paid on time
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn around bad experiences into good ones.
- Strong numeracy or data entry skills are essential
- Confident communication skills via phone and email
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of raising invoices
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- IT skills should include Excel or data entry systems
