Office based in Felixstowe or working from home (office based while training).

What this role involves:

  • Key and first point of contact for Key accounts
  • Assist with storing and uploading customer documents according to correct GDPR protocol.
  • Raising invoices according to customers requirements
  • Relationship building
  • Provide assistance on Operational issues
  • Produce and send Customer billing reports
  • Raise customer invoices
  • Spot opportunities for cross selling to increase contract potential
  • Work with Credit control team to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn around bad experiences into good ones.

What skills you need to be considered:

  • Strong numeracy or data entry skills are essential
  • Confident communication skills via phone and email
  • Great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of raising invoices
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT skills should include Excel or data entry systems
