From a world class opera star, top DJs, Punch & Judy, to a right pong, and big screen, Wherstead Park has outlined an amazing range of summer events.

Christina Johnstone, Mr Stink, movies on a giant screen, a family fun day and summer market are among the programme good for all ages.

After the incredible success of last years' concert, acclaimed coloratura soprano, Christina Johnston, will return to perform at the Opera in the Park on the 7th August.

The new and improved Wherstead Park garden and Repton terrace area will provide the perfect backdrop for you to enjoy a delicious picnic with a glass of fizz, while listening to a special performance.

Heartbreak Productions will bring 'pongingly' to life the acclaimed David Walliams book and theatre production of Mr Stink!

Guests are invited to arrive from 12 midday to enjoy our family fun day.

Treasure hunts, music, food and drink and outdoor games for the children. Mr Stink performance starts at approx. 4pm.

Bring your little adventurers to burn off some steam and while away the hours exploring our beautiful grounds or perhaps enjoy some much-needed peace and quiet and let Punch & Judy do the entertaining for the day.

The park's 17 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside are a great setting for some family lawn games including swing ball and table tennis. Or perhaps you'd like to be a bit more athletic and take part in one of Just Jay's Dance classes.
