UPDATED: One dead, two rescued as Border Force urgently responding to incident near Felixstowe coast

UPDATED: 07.30 (October 27) One migrant died, two brought ashore from dinghy.
The Home Office said the "extensive" search and rescue operation for a man reported to have entered the water concluded at about 14:00 BST.
A spokesperson said: "While the investigation into this incident continues, it is a reminder of the extreme dangers of crossing the Channel in small boats and the callous disregard for life shown by the criminal gangs."

UPDATED 12.05: Coastguard now involved UK's Border Force is "urgently responding" to an incident a few miles to the south of of the Felixstowe coast. The Home Office said the agency has been sent to a location off Harwich, but did not reveal more information.
