The Lighthouse Vintage Tea Room on Felixstowe's Hamilton Road is now offering lunchtime deliveries Monday to Friday.

Self-indulge or treat a special person to an afternoon tea or lunchtime platter delivered straight to your door. Various platter sizes are available as well as adult and child size afternoon teas consisting of a selection of sandwiches, sausage roll, scotch egg, sweet or savoury scones, cakes, and a Teapig teabag.

If you have a special occasion to celebrate, you can even include birthday or anniversary ribbons, a cupcake candle and/or decorative number on cake, and a card for just an extra £2. A quick, easy, fool-proof way to brighten up someone's day, or cover up that you forgot an important date.

The Lighthouse was opened in 2019 by local businessman and former market trader Luke Rawson. As well as their excellent food and drinks selection, they also sell beautiful sea-themed bone china, on their Facebook page and in the tea room itself.

Throughout the pandemic the tea room admirably carried on and provided hundreds of free sandwiches, scones and lunches to NHS and other emergency staff, and were named community heroes locally.

Deliveries are made between 11.30-13.00 every weekday, with collections available on Saturdays.
