Marketing Communications Executive - Ipswich - 26,000- 29,000 - Hybrid Remote

We are working with a professional services business in the finance sector, to assist in hiring a Marketing Executive, with a focus on content and communications. Our client is in an exciting phase of growth on the back of a recent acquisition and are recruiting a brand new, additional role to their in-house marketing team. You will be joining an experienced marketing team with varied skill sets, delivering compelling content, as the voice of the organisation, across their marketing channels.

The Role:

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
• Organise and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

The Candidate:

• Experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally within a professional services environment
• Experience in content and copywriting across multiple marketing channels
• Desirable to have a Marketing/Communications related degree
• Exceptional attention to detail and written language skills

This role will suit a candidate with a flair for creative written content and strong literacy skills. You will excel in marketing role with a focus towards communications and assist with other fundamental responsibilities across an in-house marketing team.
