Job Description: Sycamore Care is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment representative with a background in both telephone sales and the social care industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social care recruitment processes, demonstrating a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Sycamore Care's services and understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with social care organisations to identify and source suitable candidates.
  • Offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to meet clients' diverse requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telephone sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Background in the social care industry and familiarity the recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of social care regulations and industry standards.

Full Training will be provided for the correct candidate.
