Operations Administrator Kesgrave 8:30-5pm Up to £25,000paWe are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic business in Kesgrave who are nationally recognised, to resource an Operational Administrator to join their brilliant team.Our client is committed to excellence, they have strong values and an excellent company ethos.Who we are looking for:Together we are looking for someone with a positive and proactive approach to work. You will provide essential operational administrative support to the team. This role is intended to offer the right candidate a bright future and potential career progression within the business a keen interest within the construction industry would be desirable.Key Responsibilities:You will provide competent and professional admin/operation support to a busy department.Your duties will include all elements of administration and operational support involved with day-to-day business operations - business development, human resources, training, office administration, social media, entertainment and social events, pa to directors; more specifically but not limited to the following:
  • Act professionally and with integrity always, promoting the best interests of the business and our clients.
  • Administration of tenders and contracts
  • Development of case studies
  • PQQ's and new client questionnaires
  • Group business development minutes and actions.
  • Administration of supply chain portals
  • Attending supply chain events
  • Tender chase ups
  • Administration of new starter contracts
  • Management of occupational health
  • Assisting with organisation and management of training needs
  • Assisting with accreditation audits
  • Management of office administration such as scanning, filing, answering phone calls, etc.
  • Sustainability reporting
  • Aiding with operational matters such as organising deliveries and service disconnections
  • Organising and attending social events and client entertaining
Key Skills:
  • Positive attitude towards reactive environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivating.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
