Senior Administrator (Temp to Perm) Your new company Working for a construction & property company in Ipswich, you will join a small team and support contract managers with general office administration. The company provides building services for a range of domestic/commercial projects and maintenance works (heating/electricals), operating across East Anglia. They are rapidly expanding and need a dynamic and motivated individual who wants to stay long-term and be part of the business success and growth.Your new role As an administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing projects, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of works, and collaborating with various contractors and clients to provide an efficient service. You will build and maintain new and existing client relationships to help expand business. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all arrangements are legally sound and that all parties are complicit with the contract terms. You will also answer queries via the telephone, in-person, and email, in a timely and professional manner. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate should be able to multitask in a busy environment, communicate effectively, and manage administrative duties using your initiative. You will be self-motivated and efficient, and be analytical with the ability to work with complex information. The right candidate will be a natural rapport builder who is amicable and respectful, and be thorough and forward-thinking to provide the best possible service to clients and colleagues. applications will be accepted only for experienced PA s - £13.69/hour PAYE Typical responsibilities for this role include diary management(quite demanding) opening and prioritising all incoming correspondence including dealing with emails from one or more inboxes, arrange meetings, booking venues, take & circulate minutes, provide team cover for other PAs and other administrative duties. The nature of the PA role means that you will often be working without direct supervision and will be expected to make regular decisions using sensitivity and judgment, you will be expected to effectively manage own workload. We are looking for an experienced PA with excellent telephone manner and high level of IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Excel. Ideally relevant qualifications such as NVQ 3 or BTec/ONC or equivalent, RSA 3 or equivalent word processing or typing.
