Mercury was famously flamboyant on stage and known for his vocal range. He sadly died aged 45 on November 24, 1991 with complications from AIDS.

It was the change in status that gave it away when Felixstowe Radio daytime presenter Rob Dunger, swapped "in a relationship" to "engaged" on his Facebook profile.

Rob, known as the Dungerman subsequently announced after six years of going Dutch with his partner Mark, they are to enter a Civil Partnership in Amsterdam on September 30.
