We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOBThe Shop Manager position is overall responsible for the performance of their shop. This role acts as a Shop Keeper taking ownership and the initiative to drive performance through managing KPI's, including customer experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff's presence in the local community.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSales and Service ManagementActively reviews customer feedback and observes the team to ensure that they are making our customers feel welcome and at home at our shops.
