As Deputy Home Manager, you'll be offered a fantastic salary of £50,000 per annum. - Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided.
- Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
- Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents.
- Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
- Foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations.

- Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
- The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and the staffing team.
- Ability to promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
