Position Overview:We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join our agency for part-time roles at various locations in Slough. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service, helping our clients create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for their customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
  • Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
