Prime appointments are currently working with a global manufacture who are currently on the hunt for a Manual Machinist to come and join their team based in Ipswich.

As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role within the machine shop team, a vital part of the larger production team at their highly developed facility. Your responsibilities will include working from engineering drawings to manufacturing the final components necessary to complete the product. This role will involve operating manual lathes or mills, and primarily working with mild steel and aluminium.

Ideally, our client will be looking for an applicant with experience in using manual lathes and/or manual milling machines. However, the company in question are very open to supporting a candidate who is willing to learn.
