Family Groove is coming to Felixstowe!

Groove is a simple, interactive group dance experience with a focus on play, creativity and mindful movement.

Family Groove is a way for the whole family to move, have fun and be creative together. Perfect for getting kids and grown-ups moving, interacting and feeling good. Suitable for all ages from 4 years + Our December classes are on a 'pay what you feel' basis. Booking is highly recommended as places will be limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
